General & Others Other shounen side characters that would have CoC in OP world?

The Netflix version is pretty great and very faithful. Best manga live action adaptation i've seen.

But i think the manga gets a lot more detailed in the mindset of the characters, and there are a few more extra games in the manga that are better explained and make more sense. The live action series has limited time and has to cut shit more.
Hmmmmmm, i'll try a few chapters tmrw
The manga is overall superior than the anime and the show. But Netflix AiB is still good overall. They only changed a bit of source material to fits the schedule better but y'all won't miss much.

There's two characters i think they changed a lot in the Netflix version though

and that's Chishiya and Usagi

Their motivations and mentality are quite different

It's been a while since I've seen the manga but I think you're right. Some characters got drastic changes from what I remember.
Chishiya was very loved in the live action during season 1, especially because of the actor

So i think they made him a bit more of a good guy / hero in the Live Action

But the decision to put him in the Jack of Hearts game in the Live Action was pretty cool

despite being against what Chishiya would do, since Manga Chishiya avoids hearts / spade / clubs games during the Face Games stage

he focuses on going for the Diamonds games that are based on intelligence, his specialty

I'd say Raki - something about his post-time skip mindset gives me the sense of a compatibility.

I mean, just look at that confidence in his face. Pardon the french, or whatever it is - I was too lazy to upload an image of my own, so I took a pre-existing one from a Google Search.

Raki had massive potential, and the right attitude... literally in any other manga universe he would have top-tier potential - he only made one mistake. That mistake was being born into a Feminist-styled story where was doomed to be limited for the sake of the plot's appeal to feminine empowerment (lest the ladies feel insecure), and doomed to eventually play the role of a male sex-doll type character for whatever half demon-woman "earned the priviledge of the pleasure" .. (Claire >_>.) Regardless, I honor the fallen comrade.
