Zoro wasn't involved in WCI. Zoro, Sanji and Jimbei were all involved in Wano. Jimbei and Sanji are very close to each other but Jimbei is still stronger, better haki mastery, experience and strength.
No shame in that, Jimbei is a monster.
Sanji will be stronger after his next 1v1.

I mean Sanji's superiority's very obvious so I don't think Oda's tryin to trick anyone. It's just for the lols. Even those who say Jinbe's stronger only want to tease Sanji fans, they don't mean it.

That Jinbei is stronger and Sanji is number 4 for now. Pretty obvious.

You cannot compare bounties between crews, Jack is not equal to Kata, Queen is not stronger. But inside a crew, bounties should show the strength, cause the danger factor is normally the same for every member as its measured by the organization. Especially for Straw Hats, Oda showed us that for now Jinbei crushed the Monster Trio - obviously in strength.

Fodder? Who's Who was confident to be an All-Star level strength and that he could take Jack or Queen out. Honestly we dont know if WW is stronger or Queen, but they should play in the same league. Jinbei just made WW look worse than he is, while Sanji struggled heavily to Queen.

Sanji is as known cook of the straw hats. And world government did not see sanji anymore with germa too. With the germa relationship , high probably , he would be the number 2 . Also , bounty is related to poularity . Zoro was famaous before joining luffy. No need to say about jimbei about it . And essentia reason is that oda thougt this is funny :)
