- On his way to Pirate Island, Tsuru's warship joined together with Garp's warship
- Garp and Tsuru have apparently sneaked the island long ago using Geppiu and Tsuru's ability, we see BB Pirates fodder attacking each other because she washed them. Among them are Shiryu and Devon who had their soul purified and are now helping the marines.
- Blackbeard calls his crew fools for taking an enemy with a strong df that counters scumbags like them so carelessly, he tells them to stay away from clashing head on with Tsuru as her hands activate her ability, unless you have strong haki which he notes his crew has inferior haki to Tsuru. Laffitte jabs at BB saying he is just as careless as they are.
- We see Burgess got defeated by Garp, Doc Q, and Augur are defeated by Shiryu/Devon
- In comes Blackbeard using a city ranged Kurozu which reverses the effect for Shiryu/Devon turning them normal.

BB isn't killing Garp.
He's gonna make Kuzan kill Garp, his mentor, to prove his loyalty.
Kuzan is very likely the Highest Command or Second Highest Command at SWORD.
He's very much involved in the Coby-Garp-BB saga.
