If they had his dna but as far as we know xebec vanishes during the God Valley incident along with the island and since stussy is the first clone it should have happened during the MADS era after the God Valley Incident... Also still thinking Weevil is a failed WB clone... We saw that when rox was defeated not all of them were captured.

We also know that MADS had no affilaition to the WG.
Very likely that when Rox was defeated, Stussy’s original hid out with MADS
