The main character has been wearing these iron shoes all his life to train his feet and once he takes them off his kick is even stronger than before.

I want to believe this, I really do given that Sanji is my favorite and that tragedy would have me crying. But there's certain ... pointers that have been dropped that I really hope are nothing but...
Role:
Sanji used to be the best planner/strategist and last minute save, Oda slowly pushed that to Law and other allies around.
Sanji used to be the best swimmer and main one to rescue DF users. Jimbei now fills that role.
The bounties, 4 being number of death.
Presence:
There is no parallel for Sanji in Roger's crew or other parallels of the past. He parallels both of Luffy's brothers, but that's it.
Biggest one going with the no parallel part. Everytime Roger's crew after Rayleigh's scene is mentioned or Laugh Tale is spoken about, Sanji is not there. Biggest flag being Zou. Everyone is learning of the parallels to the past a parallel he has no connection to, and about the destination and he's not there.
Now this line. Again, I really hope I'm just overanalyzing.
