Really dont think a fight meant to hype BB will be a high diff one.
If it's anything like Ace vs BB, it's a one sided thrashing.

I'm just interpreting the spoilers at face value, it does make it look that way.

Plus, Ace vs BB was also a tough fight, back and forth when we saw it. Ending with an even clash covering an entire island before being off screened.
I don't think Law giving BB a high diff would lower BB, cause BB is almost surely getting a powerup sooner or later. Current BB is implied decisively weaker than prime Rayleigh, that isn't Luffy's EoS nemesis material or Rocks level.

I wonder if clone theorists ever stop to consider why MADS would clone someone as insignificant as Kuina for instance

We get one confirmed clone and people can't stop thinking damn near every character is a clone, without considering whether they have enough importance or not
