Weevil probably doesn't even have ACoC so no, I don't think he's literally as strong as Primebeard because this makes it illogical that Aramaki had to run from a Yonko if he could defeat/subdue someone who's Emperor level.

Yeah, he's by far the most competent top-tier. He has multiple high-level defeats under his belt and he has the least panel time out of all admirals. People shit on him over dumb reasons.
