Gorosei will become a new level Luffy must advance to while the Admiral’s are simply Gorosei commanders. Luffy’s commanders will body the Gorosei commanders (Admirals)

and seven warlords of the sea are the strongest with this logic

the gorosei is just there to control seraphims. probably vegapunk didn’t expect him to come to egghead. if you then want to powerscale it’s fine but i’m pretty sure the only significant moment of saturn will be when he’ll see/talk with luffy

This literally leaves zoro a swordsman to fight kizaru with an actual light saber on egghead.

This leaves sanji (being an experiment hismelf) commanding vegapunks experiments/machines etc along with the other strawhats in fight the fleet of marines.
