What would have happened if

Greenbull was assigned in Dressrosa Arc instead of Fujitora. (And unlike Fujitora Greenbull came at end like Sengoku not since the start of arc).

And Fujitora went to Wano on his own like Greenbull. (Unlike Greenbull fujitora went before kaido fell , Around the time Luffy and other reached the island).

Would the both of them somehow be forced to Do the same thing in both the arcs or they would do Stuff their own way.

Also how things would have gone if other admirals went (Akainu/Kizaru/Aokiji)

If Greenbull show up at the end of Dressrosa them Oda would have thought of some kind of plot power to save the SHs because they were not ready to fight an admiral. So either Shanks or some sheningans like at the end of Enies lobby arc with Garp and Aokiji, even if they both were not seriously after Luffy.

About Fuji in the place of Greenbull, I don't think Fuji would be as stupid as GB as to come to Wano alone in the end hoping to get weakened SHs, he will for sure do something different, maybe even ally with Luffy to beat Kaido.

GB kills everybody in Dressrosa because he hates pirates. Not sure if GB would have bias for Doflamingo since he was a former CD. But GB would probably still capture his ass regardless since his hatred for pirates > his love for CD.

Fujitora wouldn't mess with the alliance but establish a friendly relationship of World Government and Wano country.
