Arlong Park only parallells with Fishman Island because of Fishmen. The story doesn't match. Arlong Park is about a new nakama that spent her life to free her village from Fishmen when Fishman Island is about Race War between Fishmen and humans. So we could say that Arlong Park is closer to Dressrosa where we had Law doing almost the same than Nami but Law was on revenge while Nami wasn't.
Alabasta and Dressrosa once again only parallel is about Royalty and Shichibukai when in reallity Dressrosa is closer to Skypea(I guess someone already made a thread about that) which are both arcs made to dethrone someone that thinks himself to be a god. Although Oda made a stretch for Doflamingo think on himself like that Enel was much more sure about him being a true god.
Wano and Thriller Bark has a lot of connections but no true parallel, maybe only teamfighting (Oars and Kaido / Kaido + Big Mom). Wano is more tied to Alabasta because is about to save the people from Wano from the plan of the villain. Alabasta Crocodile wanted to destroy the city so he could search easily for Pluton while Wano Kaido wanted to destroy Flower Capital so he could make a new Onigashima and do something else. Wano/Kaido plans sucks while Crocodile was better designed although both of them could have made it by themselves without their plan.
Punk Hazard and Jaya makes a good parallel once you have Dressrosa and Skypea paralleled too. But only by that since Jaya is about dreams while Punk Hazard is about... when someone discovers tell me. So far Egghead would be a better parallel to Jaya based on theme.
Zou could parallels Water 7 once we do the same between WCI and Enies Lobby. Zou is about nakama, not leaving anyone behind. That's what Minks did with Raizo and so was Luffy with Sanji later on. Water 7 was about that too since no one is willing to leave Robin behind and even Usopp that fought Luffy and was out of the crew joined them to rescue her.
WCI and Enies Lobby are both rescue arcs where the theme is to follow your wishes. Sanji wishes were to remain in the crew and Robin too.
So I really don't know what Punk Hazard parallels since I can't find out it's theme.

Dont think there will be a paralel arc in pre-TS to Laftel.
Pehaps Hachinosu is setting to be a mix of Impel Down and Day Back Fight paralel, especially if Cross Guild is also involved, and everything turning in some kind of battle royale with the SH, Law, Cross Guild, Garp, Koby, Aokiji, BBP and who know more groups could join on the Island.
Think everything depend on the order of the next Islands the SH area going.
