Jaya speech is cool and all but Pain still has better speches. His speech about justice probably can only be matched by Doffy talking about wars.

Doflamingo is the best character Oda has created thus far and explored and the top villain of One Piece. Teach can't hold a candle to him. The only one that comes close is Sir Crocodile.

Pain vs Jiraya was amazing I agree and I can put it above Ace vs BB. But saying A vs B is farrrr below isn’t quite true either. A vs B was really good
