Honestly it’s probably just due to impact. The silhouette in the background keeps the focus on vp while giving the gorosei an intimidating presence

Yes she does. She’s used them every time she fights. Oda repeatedly says she can control the weather. Oda already this arc said that is important and something Vegapunk wants to be able to control

Zeus is there to boost the attacks that is all. He is not a different power than what she is doing. It just lets her control the weather more

Nami is using Big Mom's powers. She is using Zeus. Big Mom could have got Zeus and put in her weapon. This is not hard to understand.

Nami can't control the weather, where Oda says that? She can use some weather related abilities but she isn't changing weather. Who changed weather was Ace when he was at Chopper's hometown. Aokiji and Akainu after their fight. They would be surprised about Nami's powers since there are people that does much better than her.

Zeus is boost, doesn't matter. My whole point is that Big Mom does what Nami does and they already know Big Mom power so no reason to be surprised about controlling weather(which she doesn't).
