Lucci drops Sentomaru and overrides his authority, Stussy does the same to Lucci but she can't cancel his order because they have the same level of authority.
There's also the Vegapunk body parts in the Lab, there might be another Vegapunk that was coincidentally released by Caribou or something.

We need a more detailed poll. I suggest:
1) Vegapunk was hypnotised by Laffitte (+ Shiliew invisibility)
2) Caribou kidnapped Vegapunk
3) One of the 6 paths of Punk is a traitor
4) All 6 Vegapunks are traitors
5) Catarina Devon disguised as Vegapunk (+ Shiliew invisibility)
6) Punk Records has become sentient
7) Saturn
8) A 7th path of Punk
9) Someone else
