People here just coping about zoro, if his lineage with ryuma doesn't matter why did he even make him related and said he got destiny from him

zoro and ryuma have the same "destiny" , ryuma was the strongest swordman of his era and zoro is the strongest swordman of the new era

but zoro's ambition has nothing to do with ryuma

I didn't say it has anything to do with ambition but destiny is basically plot armor just like luffy to be the greatest, meaning zoro got talent for haki, talent with swords etc .. because he is supposed to be god of the blade incarnate, its the same as joyboy tied to luffy by destiny and u call it bs

The pirates that killed Zoro's father may be still around and maybe they are strong. I wonder if Zoro had the time to live with his parents at least a little or not. Like Oda says in another reply,Zoro doesnt talk much about the past so altough he never mention this it could be possible. Who knows.

The funny part is that curent Zoro is already stronger than those pirates with Zoro being among the top 6 strongest curent pirates in the world, only the yonko and maybe shiryu if he live up to the hype can fight him.

the only thing common between zoro and ryuma is their looks and being the strongest swordmen of their era
