That's cope. They had King's blood and thus all Seraphim are Lunarians as much as King is confirmed by them having all his trade mark looks and abilities.

This is hilarious cope lmao. Fuck devil fruits because it's the same fucking shit. Vegapunk only needs a fraction of the original to create the original fruit or race and that too 100%. Nothing in the story says otherwise.
