looks how Oda revealed Kanjuro and Pudding as a traitor back then.

with York, there is no build up at all which is why we should care about her if she is the traitor.

Yeh but Doffy has a very good backstory, amazing charisma, a nice back and forth with Law and Luffy, etc. He beats the Arlong and Crocodile by a a landslide imo (crocodile being second best villain). Kaido wasn't fleshed out enough, but some of the stuff we had with him were top tier. (Oda flopped with his conclusion)
