I told you. He mechnically can’t be mafia bc he isn’t aligned with Apollo. So if she’s scum it has to be hostile indie

And if he didn’t do the hostile indie kill (unless mafia killed Hime twice?) on N2 then to be scum there has to be two harmful Indies and a different one shot him
