How is Kidd getting no diffed going against everything Oda wrote? I'm curious?

Saint Shanks was always hyped to be the guy, Kidd was never supposed to get past Wano. He was lucky Luffy and Law carried him.

Saint Shanks being touchable guy who can't be hurt or look vulnerable un a fight. He always has to look good.
it goes against everything:

1. New Gen leading the new era , that's the whole point why they didn't lose in wano . Oda forced that narration
2. Why have his fleet & Giants if Saint Shanks could do it alone all along? Pointless then
3. Kid losing easily 1v1 to top tier after "winning" 2v1 doesn't help the story. No matter what.
