On a separate note oda really went out of his way to hypneup coby by even having him be the marine with the first bounty system. Not only did he give coby essentially a 500 million bounty but we find out that that's categorized as all FULL STARS. Which means as of right now that's the highest amount offered for a marines worth since cross guild has to pay the money.

The other reason why it hypes up coby is the fact that oda went out of his way for bpackbeard to capture coby but yet not capture the other vice admirals etc. Which means even the marines structure value the dude over regular rookie vice admirals lol
