Agreed the reasoning as to why is because cipher pol has a history of fighting our favorites. While sword is fighting whom is supposed to be our favorites end goal and are actually doing a good job. Which now makes the end goal of our favorites look almost trash.

I think sword doing okay was a given .
People just hype characters to much even if the BB pirate is the end goal.
Then again some people never like the BB pirates either way .

Pica = Stone. He can only control areas that have stone. And it doesn't seem like Pica can control Dressrosa island and capped out at mountain level. Probably even smaller than mountain tbh.

Puts Pica in a desert or snow island and even Usopp beats Pica in 1v1.

Pizarro = Controlling island. Doesn't limited by any substances like Pica does with stone.

Pica can do full body haki, Pizzaro needs haki to be in this conversation.

Yes since oda is using it to portray cobys current strength. Luffy had this exact same bounty at the end of Dressrosa. So we that we can atleast scale current koby to Dressrosa luffy. Dressrosa luffy was still able to hang and defeat Cracker without needing to level up mid fight.

So coby currently should be between yc3 and yc2
