No, you need not be relative to use combo attacks. Anyone can do that as long as you can maintain a sync. And Kaido's like the peak of current top-tiers while Big Mom sits at the bottom of the pit. It's not even up for debate. You can fit all the top-tiers in their prime that are alive b/w Big Mom and Kaido.
