Tbh Admirals are likely CoC users. There's strong implications you can't be top tier without CoC, and not basic CoC even as that's useless as we saw with Kidd. We are talking about advancing it.

CoC strength depends on your overall strength, not the other way around.

Yeah the strength of your conquerors is just based on your overall strength

How your able to apply it to your attacks depending on how your able to apply your armament

1. Yamato having basic coating
2. Kaido having no touch coating

Because yamato with it got a drop of blood from kaido and King's durability shits on kaidos

If you can't use other characters haki to wank yamato then you shouldn't be allowed to do the same with zoro
