I didnt see BB getting low diff by any admiral yet Magellan low diff all his crew with BB

nik they are taking Shiryu for his df power but the dude never used any df for basically all his career as marine and as shief of impel down

He was originally introduced as the ex-Head Jailer of Impel Down, who had himself been imprisoned on Level 6 death row for his excessive, murderous violence against prisoners.[1] When temporarily released to help Magellan quell the prison riot caused by Monkey D. Luffy and Marshall D. Teach coming to Impel Down,[4] he chose to go against what he was ordered and instead assist the Blackbeard Pirates, ultimately deciding to join them.
So this guy had to be stronger enough to keep people like in level 6 in their right place (that include ex-shishibukay like donflamingo,jimbe,ace etc etc)
That should tell you that already pretimeskip this guy was above most younkocomander, and in my opinion he is in the same league with admirals, especially if this guys was the chief jailer of impel down
Note that only recently he got a df power, that mean that to be a danger to the marine and be able to fight other df users of the callibre like Donflamingo, he has to have some strong haki.
Note also that Shiryu didnt bother one bit when was talking with the Buda ( best buddy of Garp):
He is moking Sengoku, that doesnt sound someone that look inferior (and guys Shiruy knows very well all ex-navy people)
So this guy is a danger for people like Sengoku, that should tell you that even Garp cant mess around him (current chapter 1080)
Last interesting point, we saw that Shiryu was consider more deadly than Magellan but here is a guy that say this:
you are all rash and unprepared - Well something similar was said by Mihawk to Zoro.
If Shiryu gona fight Garp dont expect a one way fight, if Garp is having an opening, Shiryu will captilaze on it
To conclude, in my opinion Shiryu has to have top tier haki due to his past role as shief of impelt down which he manage to do it without any df power.
Due to the recent df power, this guy could be the perfect killer-machine.
