That's stupid. There is no FA level guys. Kuzan was too weak. Akainu crippled him. In a battle between equals the loser never gets crippled, both fall at the same time like Luffy vs Lucci and Luffy vs Katakuri.

But Oda fucked up regardless, 100 chapter arc and he didn't find time for a panel to show fujitora or a panel confirming of him to have it, that's all it needs.

Oda should have made Admirals and Garp use CoC pre ts or before Yonko Saga
