WG inflated their bounties to make Luffy look bad.Luffy should have a 5bi bounty already.

Garps strength is legit he was close to Roger and Whitebeard in his Prime. So he is likely about the same strength MF Whitebeard was. Maybe stronger since he’s not sick.

Also Shiryuu Of The Rain stocks are UP!!!! Aokiji is a confirmed Blackbeard Pirate We know Shiryuu has been confirmed to be the #2 of Blackbeard. Oda can’t change that fact even if he wanted to…. because of this Colorspread.

Shiryuu of the Rain is Admiral Level whether we like it or not.

It's likely going to be revealed as just a disease related to his snowy hometown like how Luffy mentioned to Sanji. Yami on the other hand, has a better claim to be the stealing method thanks to the black cloth used to cover WB and the uniqueness of the fruit itself (cancels other DFs - most evil power).

+ Yami Teach was well below top tiers, so why did he spend more than 20 years on WB's ship looking for a devil fruit that wouldn't enhance his combat abilities much? Unless said fruit is the only key to obtain more fruits.
