To me that line is garp showing Kuzan he would fuck him up even if he is a former student .

We know that Mihawk can defeat Buggy because this interaction between them has already been shown in the panel, but what about Aokiji? Can he defeat his captain, Chad BB? Maybe in his dreams, dreams that he hopes his captain will realize. LOL

Mihawk, the supposed rival of Shanks a yonko, is now in the position of yonko commander. Doesn't affect his power level at all.

Doesn't matter how easy it would be to avoid. If it hits the right spot, it's a one shot on 99.9 percent of the people.

He could legit beat someone into exhaustion and get a guaranteed kill with that as his last attack.

And it remains a fodder move because he would have to tire his oponnent down with serious attacks before he used the Finger beam in the end as it would never land during the fight.

If a normal human stabs an unconscious Garp in the head with a knife, is that attack Top Tier level?
