Character Discussion Hibari is Akainu's daughter, confirmed?

In this chapter we saw how Kuzan freezed Hibari instead of Koby, while he was able to freeze both of them, or just Koby. Aokiji didn't freeze anyone for no reason: He freezed Teach guys for disturbing him and provoking; he freezed Robin, case she was his target; he freezed Buggy, to stop dendenmushi translation; He freezed Jozu, case he was his opponent. Now why Kuzan freezed Hibari?

There was a funny rumor that Hibari is actually Akainu's dautgher. Hibari have same "Hiroshima dialect" like Akainu, so that could mean that they have some relationship. But I considered this thing as Trolling going from Oda. But now when Kuzan freezed Hibari it's seems like Hibari can be indeed Akainu's daughter.
