I think Sanji and one other fella would be able to fight Kuzan by the time that fight happens.

Kuzan has a very strong devil fruit but I don't think we've ever seen him excel in hand to hand. Though some things to keep in mind is that he's probably at least proficent in it like Sakazuki and Kizaru are and he has strong haki as shown in marineford.

I think the main hurdle with fighting him is his ice, so if you have the tools to either counter or resist it it turns into an actual fight.
