It's not just marriage he's not interested in, he's only shown a reaction to Nami along with the other guys from the crew, he had no interest in any women they've come across. Also don't misunderstand my intent, I'm not suggesting luffy is gay. That isn't any part of my agenda lmao, I was saying that sanji is even less likely to be gay than luffy who is also not gay.

It all falls a part when your 'theory,' is based around anime filler and not canon.

The 'canon' was a one page drawing where he has an arm vein pulsing, showing subdued anger. He was forced in the cover, made his stance clear when Iva got back.

The anime was all gags and filler and didn't happen.

However thinking about it i would be a hypocrite to say the cover story won't come back, since typical Sanji gags turn serious later.

So crossdressing might come back in a serious form like stealth.

There is a large anime trope of dressing in drag to disguise yourself against the villain, and Sanji is the stealth character. But that doesn't make him gay if it happens, like it never makes the other anime characters gay.

Okay guys i want to use this opportunity to talk about Sanji and more specifically about the elephant in the room.

We have witnessed how much Sanji loves women throughout One Piece, but what if he is gay/bi? Now, before you go crazy on me, allow me to explain why I said this.
First off, we've seen Oda put up Sanji in gay scenarios multiple times throughout the series. He got close to kissing Zoro (even if it was just a filler scene), he was sent to an island full of Okama ,he continued to criticize transsexuals, and at one point in the series, actually turned into one.

Is there any chance that Oda would be fearless enough to have Sanji making a coming out in the EoS ? I think if he goes that route would be a very good & symbolic message to LGBTQ+ community and most of the fans would be satisfied with it because the author will be more progressive than most Japanese mangakas.
