Yamato was way too strong to be in shp. She may join after post war or she'll journey on her own to prove she is not like oden.
The closest i can see happening is vivi.
These youtubers think they know everything lol. No one knows what goes in oda's head.
For one thing we know he likes to play up the readers and doesnt let them discover plot points ahead.

Like he's so sure his theory was right that clealrly the only explanation is that Oda changed his mind last minute
We've been getting hints that Kuzan had joined BB for a pretty long time now and the only reason people thought the 10th captain must be someone else is because of the idea that a 10th strawhat must join and fight them, but it was always fan expectations.
The part about Yamato/Carrot is more understandable but we'll have to wait and see. With Pluton being in Wano it's pretty much impossible for that cast of characters to not return to the main story once the final war is happening.
If Yamato shows up before then we could still get our tenth.
There's also the possibility of Vivi rejoining officially, Bonney inheriting Kuma's powers somehow and joining, or Oda pulling some shit like "The Sunny is the 10th member
".
Similarly there's no reason we couldn't get another character joining Blackbeard last minute to fill that last 1v1 if needed. Personally i'm hoping for Brook vs Apoo

I dnt think Oda scrapped anything of note, just rearranged it. I think Kuzan was always meant to be the tenth captain, why else would oda have Akainu and Aokiji fight? So kuzan can join BB. Idk if he stays the tenth, because of garp/sword situation, but I believe it was always meant to be him. I hope Yamato doesn't join, i rather have luffy pick up a giant.
