The reason guys like Murdoch, Donnie, and other powerful conservatives try to settle lawsuits before they go to trial is that they KNOW they’ll lose if they have to prove their innocence or will at least look like dickheads once the prosecution presents its case, people with nothing to hide don’t need to consistently bribe their accusers like that
