My name is Dracule Mihawk. I'm 43 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Karai Bari Island, where all the clown tents are, and I am not married. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I would postpone.

I feel like Big Mom kind of fell victim to what most One Piece antagonists get put through where they're not as big of a threat after their initial arc. She was like an unstoppable force of nature in WCI, but she wasn't really as big of a threat in Wano since she already had an arc as the big bad
Though there was definitely a lot of plot armor in BM vs Law and Kid. Probably the wonkiest fight in OP in terms of inconsistent strength

I'm 100% with you about these inbreds lashing out at nothing.
But powerlevels aside, the visual symbolism with pre timeskip Mihawk was perfect as it was. He just doesn't give the "pirate" feeling, especially with his idealism and his emotional state after achieving his dream. His duty can't be shared with a crew.
