This is actually an interesting debate. Is the soul and body one in the same? Most say yes because one can't simply decide to be something they're not. But there's the other side to this regarding the transgender movement and being in the wrong body.

If Sanji and Nami switched souls, who's body belongs to who?

As for the creepy behaviour, most are gags, you can't nosebleed or have heart instead of your eyes in the real life like in manga, and even if it did it would be only for a very short moment.

Single females who are into guys like Sanji would like it even more.

Sanji takes bath everyday, is clean, has the drip, can cook the best food, is handsome, can talk about anything with high amount of details. And even in the worst case scenario, he doesn't have the Raid Suit anymore.
