Wyper had a cannon with a laser beam in it. It wasn't blue flames.

Kamakiri didn't use blue flames either.

Neither did enel. He used electricity.

Caeser uses blue flames as a gas man. He's a living human torch. He has the gasses needed to vaporize steel instantly. It makes sense logically. Oda uses science in the manga.


And science says that blue flames with lightning>>>>>>blue flames that melt steel

Sanji flame can't even melt queen body.
Like if akainu magma hit anyone it create hole in their body.
While sanji despite performing multiple ifrit kick queen had no such damage.
Sanji flames are same level as caesar or probably weaker
