He is, at the very least, equal.
The fact that Luffy hypothetically isn't using FS here wouldn't change the fact that he was defeated with one blow from Kaido. Kaido showed that he can shoot Luffy down when he used Roaring Bagua and blitzed him. Any of Kaido's blitz attacks will knock out G4 Luffy before Udon. Luffy only gained more resistance by training in Udon, stop dreaming that G4 Luffy could have lasted longer against Kaido.

He couldn't even withstand a Base Kaido's Bagua, a hybrid Kaido's Bagua is even more exaggerated due to his increase in physical stats.
A Roaring Bagua BLITZED Luffy with FS, or are you going to say he wasn't using FS either?
