They could be ridiculously strong, and it is possible that they could be future opponents but it only becomes feasible if 2-3 of them are top-tiers while the rest of them are drastically weaker. Given how these guys are grouped together, I doubt there'd be gaps that big b/w them.

the issue with the idea of Holy Knights is that it implies that all of them are similar level in strength

an order of 9 knights by principle have to be a similar level which is why I cant see them being SH fights. But if Oda makes them all different power levels then yh
