That part with the CoO from Fujitora wondered me as well ,i mean he could protect himself with CoA at least .
With such a powerful CoO he should see where he gets hit before with futuresight and take countermeasures against Karasu‘s attack .

It sounds wrong considering it didn't look like he has gotten hit once by Sabo (Sabo was bruised and huffing but Fujitora looking fine the whole thing) who was >> Karasu
Maybe as a logia Karasu has huge AOE making it hard to dodge/protect. Maybe he was doing something else

You're right when you say that they are not meant to be EoS opponents though

They're not Luffy's final Opponent

Luffy said he'd beat BM many times and it didn't happen
Luffy was never meant to beat every Admiral or Emperor.

He will beat only Kizaru this arc then the rest will lose to Sabo, Sanji and Zoro at final war

This is what happens when YCs aren't distracted or nerfed. The admirals struggle. Oda has been pretty consistent about this.

Headcanon is you thinking he is stronger and can beat her where nothing backs that up aside from assumption after ignoring the fact she didn't even fight.

Now look at Greenbull, having trouble with fat ass Giant.

Yamato have better feats than him, a mere title of Admiral doesn't magically put someone above everyone else who doesn't have such title.

Plot saved Greenbull by not allowing Yamato to fight, Momo didn't want to be saved again, he knew she could beat him and that's why he wanted to avoid getting helped again by someone he thought would leave Wano.

Just like guys like you do say Admirals are stronger than Revos because they were holding back, the same thing should be said for Yamato, she is stronger than Greenbull and she was heavily holding back and she have better feats than someone can't even hurt Morley.

You literally can't stop headcannons, and no i don't buy headcannons i only rely on Manga fact and YOU did talked about the plot.
