Zoro didn't use ACoC. The scene was almost identical to when Kaido found out Luffy has CoC.
If Zoro did use ACoC why didn't Kaido had made a big deal about it like he did with Luffy. He laughed at Luffy when. Luffy implied he can use ACoC.

As I said, even if you believe Zoro used ACoC, it is still illogical to believe Zoro subconsciously using so little ACoC black lightning is not visible is anywhere close in strength to Zoro consciously using so much ACoC it leaves a long trail of black lightning.
We all saw the difference between chapter 1010 Luffy ACoC and chapter 1026 Luffy ACoC. His ACoC strength and skills grew. Yet, I'm supposed to believe chapter 1010 Zoro ACoC is equal to end of chapter 1035 Zoro ACoC.

It's the same reason why the Scabbards couldn't cut deep enough. Kaido made the comparison that they were similar to Oden, but not the real deal. That's because Oden's Totsuka was imbued with AdCoC, while thier weren't. It's also the reason why Luffy said even with Internal destruction the attacks were still too shallow.
Only AdCoC allows for attacks to be deep enough to do real damage to Kaido.
The only argument you have doesn't make a lick of sense within the context of what just happened. Zoro just scarred Kaido, and you think he is going to give a shit, about basic CoC?

what kind of nonsense is this? kaido noted the royal will of Goofy and Meade, although they did not have acoc(at that time). Zoro issued a simple coc at the moment of Ashura's strike. Agree with the OP and while as per manga the flame is not shown, however, there are a few points:
a. So far King has only used fire based moves when he is Flame On Mode, why would it be different for the last attack?
b. King starts blocking Zoro's attacks while he is in Flame On Mode, if he is invincible in Flame On then why does he block or why run away when Zoro notices and comments on it?
c. Zoro understands that he can hurt King even in Flame On Mode so he goes for the all out attack, because just before King starts to block (after getting hit by Bird Dance) Zoro already pointed out that it is pointless to attack King in Flame On Mode
As for the people calling Sera's completely invincible, please check the official translation:
Zoro says "Your attacks won't do any damage unless the flames are out, they are basically invincible when the fire's on". Zoro didn't include himself or he would have said Our Attacks instead of Your Attacks.
Kid King had bandages on him when he was getting experimented upon in PH. The Seras are made from Kid King's DNA and even VP knows they are not fully invincible as he said that they have not been tested against lasers.

Zoro is splitting Kaido clean, not even Ryuma style but vertically like he split that magma dragon. He mutilated Lunara while he had fire on..that's like 100 times more durable than Kaido.
Anyways Oda will never give Zoro a power up and that not be 100s of times stronger than his previous strongest especially NERFED "strongest attack"
