The only Tobi Roppo who have received differing portrayal are Who's Who, Sasaki and Page One. The former two received portrayal as above the rest of the pack. The latter two received portrayal as below the rest of the pack.
Drake gets the benefit of the doubt due to being a Supernova.
The only reason to place the girl below Page One is because Oda is sexist, but Smoothie is stronger than Cracker (even though she's been even more useless), so that excuse doesn't apply. The girls would probably be stronger than Page One, but they nay not get as impressive feats.
