And is practically confirmed inferior to Mihawk.
If anyone had the best portrayal mixed with overall good feats, it's someone like Blackbeard or Kizaru.
Blackbeard:
Beat Ace high diff
Beat the shit out of Magellan (once he knew he had a poison fruit) and gained a ton of new crewmates
Finished off Sickbeard and gained his fruit
Stomped the remainders of Whitebeard's crew
Managed to put Hancock in a chokehold (may have been a sneak attack though, but eh, what ever)
Yanked S-Hawk's sword from him and made him fight another target
Kizaru:
Demolished the pre ts Straw Hats (which is not impressive for someone of his caliber, it's actually expected, but considering how much plot armor they have it could be shocking)
Fought old Rayleigh without sustaining anything other than a cut on his face
Was the only Admiral ( arguably the only relevant marine ) to come out of Marineford with basically no damage or pain.
Was sent to Egghead to eliminate Vegapunk and didn't stop when he heard Yonko Luffy and his crew were there (not really a feat, but a damn good sign of bravery at least)
etc.
So far both don't really have any Ls that you can't excuse for a good reason.

Mihawk may be the world's strongest swordsman, but there is something above even a mere swordsman's highest peak

Would he get mad at Redon and create fake stories about him if the latter hooked up with some leaker chick that Alvarez adored but she never even thought about him as a bf material?
If you ignore context/panels and statements from characters everything is tailor made to never disagree with you.
If you ignore that Sanji speed feat is directly compared with actual invisibility tech, king can do it to.
IF you ignore that the characters are actually invisible and didn't appear on panel unlike king, king had the same speed.
If you ignore that Sanji had better CoO feats than zoro, zoro can also detect sanji.
Everything is just easier for Zoro fans.

the "sei" is different in Gorosei and Kensei, but it IS a pun. 聖 is saint, sage, holy person, and the "sei" in Gorosei is 星 for star, planet, heavenly body
BUT the "Saint" in the name "Saint Jay Garcia Saturn" is 聖. So extending that to all the gorosei, the sword gorosei is literally a 剣聖/Sword Saint.
