Imagine being Mihawk level swordsman (Aka Haki stronger than Shanks) on top of having same class of Zoan as other gorosei.

Gandhi should be twice as strong as other gorosei and should be more or less equal to Imu with Shodai Kitetsu

What are you talking about?

Zoro fighting a swordsman after he beats Mihawk it's not a bad thing. If it happens it would give Zoro an opportunity to defend his title and prove he is worthy of the WSS title. It would let everyone know he didn't win because he received help.

Zoro and Sanji or not equal and will never be equal.
