1. Dumb logic. Luffy could have assisted the scabbards agaisnt kaido but did not do so because that's how oda wrote it. Infact oda is going out of his way to handy cap coby from currently assisting (possibly seastone cuffs hence why people are point out not being able to break it, not eating for days being exhausted etc).
2. So your entire point was mute since regardless koby moves the plot lol.
3. Koby being captured had nothing to do with aokiji. Aokiji said to bb you can't use him. And bb won't be able to benefit from having garp since the man power to have him captured endangers his crew. Which means he would have to kill garp which means he won't benefit from it. Infact apkijis only concern is making sure koby remains captured and is not actively trying to pursue garp if he packs up and leave lol
