Questions & Mysteries Does Zoro, in story, think Mihawk is stronger than Shanks?

#21
Zoro’s goal is based on power scaling. But you don’t believe he power scales?

I mean if Zoro beats Mihawk, and then runs into a swordsman that’s Stronger than him, AFTER he beat Mihawk, Zoro won’t question his dream?

like Zoro accomplishes his dream then 1 arc later some random guy appears and one shots him, Zoro won’t think about his dream at all? Despite his dream being about power scaling?
Zoros goal is based on the title he’s after. Zoro definitely doesn’t judge every person to Mihawk, he judges them to himself.

Zoro doesn’t think about crap like “I’ll be yonko level” or “I’ll be above shanks.” The only people he’s ever shown repeated care about being stronger than is Mihawk and Sanji.

So we the fanbase can talk about this, but Zoros never going to care.

Zoro cares about honor and tradition just like Mihawk who he is just as prideful as.
Where is honor and tradition does it say being crippled matters? Zoro fought Fujitora, a blind man.

Zoro himself is crippled, with one eye

where did you get the idea that Mihawk doesn’t want to fight shanks because of honor and tradition? Mihawk says he doesn’t want to fight shanks coz he lost his arm. He doesn’t say that is equivalent to honor or tradition. He just doesn’t want to fight Crippled Shanks…

I mean Mihawk is going to fight Crippled Zoro (remember Zoro post an eye) so clearly being crippled isn’t an issue for anyone here

You sure do cry alot. Shanks has one arm and doesn’t represent the values of living by the sword like Zoro and Mihawk.

Even Zoro acknowledges Daz Bones and King as not being real swordsman.

Issho being blind means nothing when CoO is a thing. Just accept that Mihawk is his ceiling.

You realize you’re saying Zoro just wants a title. Not to actually be strong.

Let me ask, what gives you the idea that Zoro doesn’t actually want to be the strong?

@ThreePiece
This is headcanon… in fact this is headcanon and it doesn’t even make sense… I bet you don’t even know what this even means

Zoro’s goal is to be the strongest swordsman… Zoro’s goal isn’t to be the the strongest man who lives by the sword… the fuck does even mean

What does Zoro think WSS means? Does Zoro think Mihawk can defeat every single swordsman in combat? Including every swordsman Zoro has run into or heard of, such as Shanks?

Or does Zoro also think Mihawk is weaker than some swordsmen but just has the title because of no one ever challenged him for it.

And what does your answer to the above questions say about what Zoro thinks his dream is?

does Zoro think he will have accomplished his dream by getting the title that he knows doesn’t actually mean he’s Stronger than all swordsmen?

Does Zoro actually not even care about the title, and never cared about beating Mihawk because all along he knew Mihawk was weaker than Shanks and what he really cares about is actually being the strongest?

Essentially, what does Zoro think of all the Agendas you have around Mihawk?
"I cant lose against anyone who calls himself a swordsman"

"You never call yourself a swordsman (replied by King about traditional technique etc)"

"Swordsman with AdvCoC = King of Hell (implying that with CoC he's already more than being just a swordsman)"

I think Oda will not make Shanks as Zoro's enemy.

And Shanks will probably throw more black lightning AdvCoC nuclear projectile, or envelop himself within AdvCoC Susanoo that destroy his strongest enemies when going all-out etc, instead of using his sword as the main damage dealer (just like how Kaidou going all out by using elemental damage instead of his club), while as a swordsman he's still weaker than Mihawk. And Zoro may recognize Shanks' extreme power, but not the stronger swordsman.

Some zoro haters have some incredible degree of stupidity.
Zoro: *Thinks that Mihawk isn't actually the WSS yet he still wants to become WSS* Conclusion: Challenge Mihawk who supposedly, isn't the WSS. A 300iq type of move like wtf. Like, why wouldn't he challenge shanks if he's actually stronger? And the haki man/skill excuse doesn't work because guess what Mihawk taught Zoro during the time skip... HAKI. Why didn't Mihawk show Zoro some fancy sword skills instead if the title is only about skills? And, do you genuinely believe that when they fight, they will turn off all haki and do a sword competition? Like come on...

Lol, Mihawk himself said Luffy's desire to be PK is far superior than surpassing him so there is now way Pirate King is weaker than Posthawk. Shanks wants the one piece and wants to become the PK obviously so regardless of what people with limited eyesight and limited intelligence feel about Posthawk, Shanks has been shown to be better. One stops the war, another runs away as soon as former arrives. One one shots a 3 bill pirate another has to become a subordinate of Wuggy. Its over for Lihawk fans. Garling isn't considered a human since Celestials are called GODS. So Garling will surely neg Posthawk in real battle. Kaido didn't put Posthawk in his mt rushmore, he put Shanks. Everywhere Shanks is shown as superior but trolls yell on the top of their lungs that a title that only one man talks about makes someone stronger than Shanks who even Gorosei respect to have audience.

He said that as a last resort to a non swordsman doing whatever it takes to win in a battle that deceided the fate of the world and Luffy becoming PK

Honor and tradition is a rule, the same as Zoro not wanting a scarred back and wanting a death via blade.
Last resor or not that's something he'll do .

Stop blabbering around fate of the world or something lmao.
He acknowledges honor and shit but if needed he'll ignore it, he's a pirate at the end of the day.
