What I've been saying from the start. What is in your arsenal is yours. Period.

If during a war I defeat someone and take his weapons they will be mine and using them wont be anything like cheating or else.

There are several options; Sukuna doesn't want to use his CT to defeat Gojo mostly with his stundent's, he doesn't want to use his CT because it's superior and he doesn't deem it necessary/he doesn't want to or simply his innate CT isn't build for straight up combat just like Kenjaku's CT to switch bodies can't be used in a direct fight

Based on Jogo and Mahoraga's fights Sukuna only use his other abilities as a finisher. Mofo does enjoy toying with his prey before killing it when he's bored/has no other choices.

People trying to justify that Gojo while strong is not on the level of Sukuna.
It’s the same as to say Gojo is only strong because he was born with strong CT. He is strong because he is strong. Simple as that
