People forget, Mihawk’s bounty is ENTIRELY from STRENGTH and NOTORIETY, which is insane because others have stuff like crews, affiliation with certain characters (like Kaidou and Doffy), etc. to take into account.

Oda didn’t have enough time already to showcase fucking Vista post time skip. Trust me he won’t have time showcasing the level of Blamenco.

Izo has relevance, panel time, a really high bounty and some nice feats. So yeah Izo is def the strongest commander among what’s left unseen of the WBP.

Having your 6th strongest commander above 500M is already quite good.

Mihawk is not a sailor, he has no high rank in the Navy.

Mihawk is not (was) a pirate, he had no Yonko crew/Fleets/Territories.

Even without any of that, Mihawk has a bounty above Admirals and above two Yonkous.

Also if 3B is true then then the “no one can solo multiple admirals” agenda is safe forever.

All 3 admirals combined have a bounty of 9 billion, and no character save maybe Dragon will break 6 billion.
