Shiryu simply targetted Coby and used his brain. Shiryu didn't attack Garp when he was busy fighting Aokiji, Juan Wolf or his other subordinates. He didn't sneak attack when Garp was panting or coughing due to old age. He attacks Garp from the front, head on.

Sanji vs oven was barely a sneak attack bud and we massacred those lil shits for years
