On contact freeze is unstoppable I've been saying this for a decade💀
Kuzan walked towards Saul to land Ice Time, Jozu and the BBPs were also frozen on contact
Ice Time freezes the body directly from the inside unlike ranged freezes that need time to have effect

If you try to use force to undo the freeze you'll just harm your frozen innards
