He is one of the best written character in the show with sanji .
You guys would been happy to see him grow off screen and we get a bad ass that match luffy out of nowhere ? not me!.

More like he grew off screen but needs to be proped up to remind readers he exists, because obviously Oda has plans for him so this might be the only way to set him up.

Hated those theories. People who want to dumb down characters to “Good Guy” and “Bad Guy.”

It’s why I find characters like shanks and Coby so annoying. Excessively Nice characters are annoying. Just like edgily evil characters.

For real, It's honestly ridiculous. As an admiral and Kuzan fan I'd have been okay, if he never got that treatment. I mean he still has one of the most powerful logias in store for us.
But here goes Oda making him a near replica of Garp in base lol

It was never mutually exclusive, but it's nonetheless very surprising. This and Kaido having FS, but no awakening makes me think, that the top tiers might not be as predictable as I thought they would be. Prolly a lot of special "gimmicks" are incoming

The only admiral that I'd consider to be good at this point is Issho.

Not sure if Kuzan ever was "good". He definitely did way less good things than Issho did, and now he's a BBP.
