Arm is too big he def make a huge hole in the skull but he can physicall break them entirely they are too big . He would make a hole where he will be punching tought. Zoro always had ebtter APP because of using a sword.
Koby inside attack also have greater area of damage then just a gear 4 punch .
Luffy would need a kong gatling or something like that to break the arm or the skull enterely end this count as spamming not 1 attack.
