Ok, I'm just convinced Oda is just really really inconsistent with how to show Adv CoC. You guys say it needs to have Black lightning and the no touching effect. But we've seen many times that Adv Coc has black lightning but it clearly does make contact with the target:

Kaido's club clearly is making contact with kinemon. The same thing here as well. Kaido is clearly making contact with Luffy:

Again Kaido's club clearly making contact with Luffy's body:

And to top it off, even Luffy when in gear 5 makes contact with Kaido while using Adv CoC:

Both Kaido and Luffy making contact even while using Adv CoC:

And again we see Kaido making contact here:

I just think Oda is really inconsistent with this whole Adv CoC and the no touching effect.

Of course he is, because it's a mess to draw the no touching on a permanent basis.. So Oda cornered himself, i've been saying
this for ever.. You need to discern each scenes and assume those that are touching to not be touching..
